Maybe you’re like me and you feel like you’ve already lived multiple lifetimes. I grew up off the grid in Alaska with no electricity or running water and then spent years traveling the globe for work and missions. I made a sharp turn into pastoring a multicultural church in New York City before moving into education and clinical mental health counseling.

For the last 16 years, I’ve been helping people identify what is holding them back from the life that always seems out of reach. My coaching strategy is personalized to you while taking a holistic approach looking at spirit, soul, and body.
